Nick - What a great film. Every one of these actors stands out in a spectacular fashion. Oscar Isaac has proved himself as a great actor with this movie alone. The tension, the sexual tension, THE TENSION. Loved it. 10/10
Allyson - I knew nothing about this movie going into it other than the fact that it got "really good reviews". I was intrigued from beginning to end. Ex Machina is beautiful and also chilling at times. I was actually on edge for a good portion, wondering how this scenario would end up playing out. The idea of AI has never been presented or explained to me so clearly or believably as it was in this film. I also never thought I could develop an emotional tie to a robot character. So…I guess Ex Machina passed my Turing Test. 10/10
